At Luxe Intimates, we strive to deliver your luxury lingerie, sleepwear, and intimate apparel safely, discreetly, and promptly.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons or sales periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

International Shipping We ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging with no branding on the outside.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed and shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For lost or damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. Once approved, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
- Luxe Intimates is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
